In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please call our Customer Service Centre on 0818 321 321 within seven days after delivery to let us know what the issue is. Please have your order reference to hand. You may be asked to provide evidence of the damaged goods if damaged in transit.
We will arrange for the collection of any goods which are damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend that you check your order upon delivery before signing the delivery docket.
