4. You will recieve an email confirmation to confirm your order.

5. Your order will be ready for collection up to 3 hours after reservation. You will have until the end of the next day to collect your order.

6. Orders must be paid in store upon collection.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please email our Customer Services Team on [email protected] and quote your order confirmation number.

 

Out of Stock - Order Online:

If there is no stock available in your local store, but there is stock available via website, you can place your order online by adding the products to your basket and delivering straight to your door instead.

Click & Reserve Terms & Conditions

  • With Tirlán’s Free Click & Reserve service, you can reserve selected products at participating stores via tirlanfarmlife.com.
  • Using Click & Reserve, no commitment to purchase is made. When you choose our Click & Reserve service you will be given a reference number and details of your order. You will not be asked to pay until you collect the goods from your chosen store.
  • Please note that in-store prices may differ. If the reserved item is cheaper in-store than online, we will try to match the price, but this may not always be possible.
  • We aim to have click-and-reserve orders ready within 3 hours of the confirmation email. Occasionally, operational issues may cause delays, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Click & Reserve orders can be made anytime on the Tirlán FarmLife website and will be held until the end of the next trading day. For longer holds, please contact us.
  • Only one product can be reserved at a time, but you can reserve any quantity subject to stock availability at your chosen branch.
  • While we strive for accuracy, errors in price, description, or availability may occur. In such cases, we may cancel your reservation, even if you’ve received a confirmation email.
  • All Click & Reserve sales are subject to in-store terms of sale, statutory rights, and the branch manager’s discretion.
  • Please check your selected store’s trading hours as these may vary.
