Superpro ASX46 is an extremely thin disc which is available in size 230mm X 1.9mm. Free from iron and sulphur the disc is very easy on the machine and has a high cutting speed with a long service life. Very easy to use, there is hardly any burring and is suitable for cutting thin-walled profiles. Suitable to use this disc for stainless steel work as it achieves a top quality finish and result. Most stainless steels are considered to be easy to weld and may be welded by several welding processes. There are two common grades of stainless: 304L and 316L. The material is easy to weld but can be very difficult to keep flat so it is advised to weld quickly which minimises the heat input. Always wear protective clothing, gloves and a welding helmet when you are welding.
