The PEL wire end strainer is an easy way to strain wire once it has been erected. It also allows wire to be restrained after it has been in place a while and may have stretched. The insulated wire strainer can be fixed to a straining post and simply by rotating the ratchet attachment the wire gets pulled tight. The strong steel construction and white glass reinforced polyester bobbin increases straining ability and product life. The spring design clip makes sure that the strainer does not unravel and keeps the wire tight.
