This Philmac Wall Plate Elbow is designed to be fixed to a wall and have a tap connected to it. The wall fixing made from solid brass takes a 3/4 tap while the attached pipe fitting for 3/4NG Hydro Piping is made from high performance thermoplastic and has outstanding impact, UV, chemical and corrosion resistance. Installation of this fitting is easy with Philmac's Slide and tighten technology. there is no pipe preparation or force required. To install, after ensuring that the heavy gauge liner is already inserted in the fitting, simply insert the pipe into the assembled fitting until it is secure then hand tighten and tighten with a wrench. This fitting can also be easily modified to accommodate heavy Gauge Hydro Piping by replacing the red inserts with the relevant Philmac Heavy gauge white insert kits.
