Governor 5L, also known as Doxstar, is a concentrated herbicide specifically formulated for the control of docks in grazing and silage fields. It contains two powerful ingredients that effectively target and kill the roots of docks.

Governor is capable of controlling both broad-leaved docks and curly-leaved docks, providing comprehensive control of these weed species. The herbicide moves through the plant to the root system, ensuring high levels of long-term control.

This product is suitable for use in both grazing and silage fields, and it does not hinder grass growth. It is important to maintain the productivity of the fields while effectively managing the dock weed infestation.

In addition to docks, Governor also demonstrates efficacy in killing dandelions and chickweed, offering a broader spectrum of weed control.

For optimal results, it is recommended to apply Governor at a rate of 2.0 litres per hectare. Alternatively, a split dose of 1.0 litre per hectare followed by another 1.0 litre per hectare can be used with a 6 to 12-month interval between applications. This split-dose approach can improve long-term control of docks.

When applying Governor, it is advised to use a water volume of 300 litres per hectare to ensure adequate coverage and penetration of the herbicide.
