Governance Academy: Sowing the Seeds 2026 applications now open
As part of Tirlán’s five-tier Governance Academy, designed to foster capability, confidence, and an inclusive governance culture, Sowing the Seeds remains our entry-level programme, introducing participants to how co-ops operate, how Tirlán’s business is structured, and how members can play an active role in their Co-op.
