How to register for the Tirlán Co-op SGM

Use the below step action guide to register for the Tirlán Co-op Special General Meeting (SGM) before 5pm on October 1^st  in order to have your say on October 4^th.

1. Open the camera on your phone and scan the QR code on "Appendix 1" (Yellow page) included in the recent Shareholder Registration Pack received in the post. 
2. Tap on the registration link when scanned – or you can type the link from "Appendix 1" (Yellow page) into the top search bar on your internet browser. 
3. Confirm your first and last name as it appears on the SGM registration pack. 
4. Add in your Shareholder ID which also appears on the SGM registration pack. 
5. Your email address must be entered twice to verify your details. 
6. Enter your mobile phone number (optional). 
7. Add in any SGM question you might have. 
8. Click ‘I Confirm’ and ‘Submit’ at the bottom to complete your registration.
9. You will receive an SGM confirmation email shortly after. 
10. You will receive two further emails two days prior to the SGM. One containing a unique Zoom link to attend and participate in the SGM & the other providing a separate unique link for voting. 
11. Please ensure you register before 5pm on October 01 to be eligible to vote online at the virtual SGM on October 04 at 2pm.
