Our Commitment

At Tirlán, we endeavour to keep inclusivity at the forefront of our business and products, to reflect our diverse workforce and customer base. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and endeavouring to apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.

Compliance Status

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement has been developed to set out the measures we have taken to improve accessibility on this website and demonstrates our progress towards our aim of full compliance.

• Non-text Content: A small number of images on the site do not have a text alternative, or the text alternative is not a concise and meaningful description.

• Colour: A small number of visual elements on the site do not have a clear contrast between the text and the background and as a result may be hard to read.

• Resize Text: There are areas of the site where content is misaligned when viewed at more than 100 percent.

• Keyboard operable: There are areas of the site that cannot be operated using a keyboard.

• Name, Role, Value: Not all components have a name and role and as a result may not behave as expected using assistive technologies.

Third-Party Content

There are areas of our website controlled by third-party companies, such as videos & reviews. These are not developed or controlled by Tirlán but work is in progress to resolve as many issues related to these areas as feasibly possible.
